Social Media Strategist (2–3 Years Experience)

About SortYourTrip

SortYourTrip is a travel-tech company simplifying international travel through

personalized itineraries and seamless booking experiences. We're looking for someone

who can help us grow our digital presence through strategy, analytics, and branding.

What You'll Do

• Analyze content performance and identify what's working (and what isn't).

• Build, track, and optimize social media KPIs.

• Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Stay on top of platform algorithms and recommend content that drives reach,

engagement, and conversions.

• Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website performance.

• Work closely with the creative team to improve overall performance.

• Help strengthen and maintain SortYourTrip's brand identity across platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Growth

Marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms.

• Experience with Google Ads and SEO.

• Experience analyzing social media and campaign metrics and turning insights into

actionable strategies.

• Knowledge of branding, positioning, and audience perception.

• Experience scaling or growing a brand's digital presence is a plus.

• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
