About The Role
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Product professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience working on product development, roadmap planning, feature optimization, experimentation, and user retention strategies.
You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering teams to analyze customer behavior, improve engagement channels, and influence product decisions through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and product performance across the customer lifecycle.
- Drive improvements in customer retention, engagement, and repeat purchases.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL and data visualization tools.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments.
- Work closely with Product Managers on feature development, product roadmap planning, and performance measurement.
- Develop customer segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and retention strategies.
- Optimize push notifications, email campaigns, and lifecycle communication journeys.
- Identify product improvement opportunities and recommend data-backed solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to automate analysis, generate insights, and enhance personalization strategies.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders and contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Growth Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience querying large datasets.
- Experience in Python and basic algorithms.
- Good understanding of product development lifecycle, roadmap planning, and feature optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, retention analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar product analytics tools.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, or Consumer Internet businesses.
