Associate Project Engineer

As our new Associate Project Engineer you will be supporting and coordinating engineering projects within our manufacturing operations helping to deliver technical solutions that improve production processes quality and efficiency. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team youll create impact by Driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes by delivering projects that enhance productivity reduce waste and support Grundfoss mission of pioneering sustainable water solutions..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and execute manufacturing engineering projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with scope timeline and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production quality and supply chain to identify and implement process improvements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules risk assessments and progress reports
• Support the introduction of new products and equipment into manufacturing lines through technical evaluation and validation
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose engineering solutions

What makes you a great fit

Above all you are a detail-oriented engineering professional with strong project coordination skills a collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for solving manufacturing challenges. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related engineering discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or project engineering environment
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals including planning scheduling and risk management
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD tools or project management software

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with pump systems rotating equipment or fluid handling technologies
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP
