Job Title: Machine Operator / Production Associate – Global Aluminium Plant

Location: Medak District, Kalakal Village (Near Secunderabad)

Job Role Overview:

We are hiring Machine Operators, Machine Operator Assistants, Casting, Anodizing, Furnace Operators, and Production Associates for a leading aluminium manufacturing plant. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Candidates will be responsible for operating machines, assisting in production activities, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety procedures while working in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist in machine production activities.
  
• Perform assigned manufacturing processes such as Machine Operation, Casting, Anodizing, or Furnace operations.
  
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
  
• Inspect products and report any machine faults or quality issues.
  
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
  
• Work effectively with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
  

Requirements

Education: 8th / 9th / 10th / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Any Non-Technical Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Must be able to speak and understand Hindi.

Willingness to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.

Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Shift Details:

• Hazardous Roles (Casting/Anodizing/Furnace): ₹24,500 CTC/month | Approx. ₹15,800 In-Hand*
  
• Non-Hazardous Roles (Machine Operator/Assistant): ₹23,500 CTC/month | Approx. ₹14,800 In-Hand*
  

*In-hand salary is after applicable deductions (PF, ESIC, accommodation, food, and transport).

Shift & Working Hours:

• 12-Hour Rotational Shifts
  
• 6 Days Working
  
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
  
• ₹400 Monthly Attendance Bonus
