We're looking for a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to own and elevate the Vajram Group brand — someone who understands the pulse of premium real estate and knows how to bring a brand to life across every touchpoint.

What You'll Own:

• Define and drive the overall brand strategy for Vajram Group
• Develop and manage all brand collaterals for the company — corporate identity, presentations, brochures, signage, digital assets, and more
• Lead end-to-end collateral creation for new real estate projects — from concept to launch
• Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all communications
• Work closely with leadership and project teams to translate vision into compelling brand narratives
• Oversee creative agencies and vendors to deliver world-class brand output

Who You Are:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate brand management — this is non-negotiable
• Has worked with top-tier builders and developers in the industry
• Deep expertise in brand building, corporate identity, and project-level collateral development
• Strong eye for design, detail, and premium brand aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
