Specialist – Finance Systems (XApps)

\n

Location: Hyderabad, India.

\n

Function: Global Business Services – Finance Systems.

\n

Level: G2.

\n

Role Summary:

\n

• We are seeking a Functional Specialist (XApps / Finance Systems) to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery for finance applications.
\n
• The role focuses on bridging business and technology, ensuring solutions align with finance processes and stakeholder needs.
\n

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

Business Process & Requirements:

\n

\n
• Analyze finance processes and identify system improvement opportunities.
\n
• Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
\n
• Translate requirements into functional designs and solution inputs.
\n

\n

\n

Solution Delivery & Coordination:

\n

\n
• Support execution of the XApps roadmap for IDL markets.
\n
• Work with technical teams to deliver enhancements and new solutions.
\n
• Ensure alignment with business expectations and timelines.
\n

\n

\n

Testing & Business Validation:

\n

\n
• Support UAT and functional validation of system changes.
\n
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and data accuracy standards.
\n

\n

\n

User Support & Stakeholder Management:

\n

\n
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
\n
• Support issue resolution, escalation, and user queries.
\n
• Drive adoption and improve user experience.
\n

\n

\n

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

\n

\n
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
\n
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
\n

\n

\n

Skills & Experience:

\n

\n
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering.
\n
• Experience working with excel based applications (Mandatory).
\n
• Understanding of finance systems and workflows (RTR/PTP/OTC preferred).
\n
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, and system implementation.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Understanding of SQL / reporting / data analysis / Advanced Excel & VBA.
\n
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau (nice to have).
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / IT.
\n

\n

\n

2–5 years of experience in:

\n

\n
• Finance systems / business analysis.
\n
• Application support or transformation projects.
\n

\n

\n
