SAP Sales Cloud Functional Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales Cloud implementation, application maintenance, or production support.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience working in global AMS/support environments with exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes.
  
• Provide functional support for SAP Sales Cloud solutions in a post-go-live Application Management Services (AMS) environment.
  
• Support global template deployments and local SAP S/4HANA rollouts by collaborating with Sales Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams.
  
• Manage incidents, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements while ensuring SLA compliance.
  
• Perform impact analysis, functional testing, and validation for system changes, enhancements, and production fixes.
  
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure stable day-to-day sales operations.
  
• Support business users through functional guidance, issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise applications.
  
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Sales Cloud, including: Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management, Activity Management, Visit Planning, Sales Quotations, Forecasting, Territory Management
  
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting: Lead-to-Cash processes, Custom Business Objects, Page Layouts, Multi-channel communication routing, Standard integrations using SAP CPI
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud integration with: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Customer Master, Pricing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Other enterprise business applications
  
• Experience with incident management, problem management, system enhancements, testing, and production support.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
  
• Experience with SAP Service Cloud.
  
• SAP Sales Cloud certification.
  
• Experience supporting global SAP template deployments and rollout projects.
  
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Experience resolving complex functional issues across integrated SAP landscapes.
