We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead CRM architecture across our International Markets business including Australia New Zealand South Africa and South East this role you will define architecture strategy guide technology investments and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

This is a high-impact individual contributor position with significant visibility across business and technology organizations. The successful candidate will help shape both regional and global CRM architecture roadmaps while driving modernization and innovation initiatives.

• Define and govern CRM architecture strategy across Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and related technologies.
• Develop architecture blueprints capability maps roadmaps and solution recommendations aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
• Lead greenfield solution architecture initiatives and legacy CRM modernization programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders product teams and technology leaders to translate business objectives into scalable solutions.
• Influence architectural decisions through clear business and technical communication.
• Ensure solutions balance business value scalability maintainability security and cost.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture standards reference architectures and governance processes.
• Collaborate with integration cloud data and security teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovation CRM industry trends AI capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Support global collaboration and occasional international engagements when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in enterprise technology CRM platforms or solution architecture.
• Salesforce architecture experience across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud or related Salesforce products.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect credential or equivalent architecture expertise.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes within Sales and Service organizations.
• Experience creating architecture strategies technology roadmaps and enterprise solution blueprints.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and influence skills.
• Preferred
• Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Marketing Cloud certifications.
• MuleSoft architecture certifications.
• Experience with CRM modernization and legacy transformation programs.
• Experience in automotive dealer systems or customer lifecycle platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integration architecture and data architecture.
• Experience with TOGAF or comparable enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud AI and Agentforce capabilities.
