Operations Executive (eCommerce) in Sanganer, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Oversee end-to-end B2C and B2B order routing, invoice generation, and status tracking to guarantee timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock audits across Shopify, marketplace channels, and physical warehouses to prevent stockouts and sync inventory levels.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with courier partners and shipping carriers to optimize freight costs, manage SLAs, and handle return/RTO processes efficiently.
• Warehouse Management: Supervise daily warehouse workflows, including receiving stock, quality control, picking, packing, and spatial organization.
