Senior Specialist/Specialist Legal Leading IT Firm

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with 7-10 years of PQE in corporate and commercial law to support the organization's legal function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts, with a strong focus on sell-side agreements, client dispute resolution, and contract risk mitigation. Experience working with a global IT/ITeS organization and handling international clients is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 7-10 years PQE in general corporate and commercial transactions with emphasis on client dispute resolution on sell side contracts for the company contract review drafting negotiation and contract risk mitigation
• Must be able to independently handle complex contractual documents their review and understanding devise methods to mitigate risks and find out solutions to help the Business and Delivery teams to navigate client expectation related disputes and constraints
• Must be able to identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks
• Selfstarter with the motivation to learn new skills and implement them innovatively for the benefit of the company Prior experience in a global multinational IT ITeS company handling international clients preferred

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a global multinational IT/ITeS organization.
• Experience handling international commercial contracts and global clients.
• Exposure to cross-border transactions and multinational business operations.

Educational Qualification

• LL.B. from a recognized university (mandatory).
• LL.M. or additional certifications in Commercial/Corporate Law will be an added advantage.
