Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Key Accounts - Assistant Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities include crafting business plans, analyzing account performance, identifying upsell opportunities, and executing customer service strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions is also a core part of the role.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day communication with gaming advertiser clients.
2. Monitor campaign performance metrics : ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention, and CPI.
3. Analyse campaign data to deliver actionable insights and drive results.
4. Build and present regular performance reports to clients and internal teams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, data) to resolve issues and optimize campaigns.
6. Assist with upselling and educating clients on our capabilities and best practice.
