What You'll Bring
10+ years of product management experience building and scaling complex platform products.
Proven experience delivering core financial products such as FP&A, or a strong consulting background in FP&A domains.
Demonstrated track record of applying Generative AI and Agentic AI in product development.
Experience leading enterprise-level transformations using AI to power business use cases, ideally in marketing or finance.
Deep domain fluency in finance, data, and technology, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
For Group Product Manager : 3+ years of people management experience , with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and translate it into clear, measurable roadmaps.
Skilled in navigating and influencing within matrixed environments .
Strong customer empathy with the ability to uncover business needs and synthesize insights into action.
Experience assessing competitive landscapes , emerging technologies, and platform solutions in the CFO tech ecosystem.
Excellent communication and leadership skills , with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred .
