Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist - Marketing Operations to support our global Marketing and Sales teams by ensuring efficient lead management, operational excellence, and data integrity across our marketing technology stack.

In this role, you will manage lead routing, campaign operations, reporting, and process optimization while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve lead flow and sales efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining CRM data quality, resolving operational requests, and supporting marketing automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead operations, including lead routing, assignment updates, enrichment, and distribution to ensure timely and accurate lead delivery.
• Own ticket management by resolving requests related to lead assignment, campaign execution, and system updates while meeting defined SLAs.
• Monitor lead flow and support reporting on funnel performance, lead quality, and operational metrics.
• Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and Marketo through regular audits, validation, and hygiene initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve lead qualification, segmentation, and campaign execution processes.
• Support marketing automation initiatives and workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot lead routing and campaign issues by collaborating with IT, RevOps, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable operational solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo, including lead management, campaign execution, reporting, and CRM administration.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and improving lead management processes.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and managing operational support requests.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, identify process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lead routing and enrichment platforms such as Openprise, Clay, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of lead scoring, attribution models, customer lifecycle stages, and demand generation processes.
