Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection aggregation and verification of school-level data on student and teacher attendance enrollment and assessments cross-verified against UDISE and State Education Portal databases.
• Maintain and update dashboards covering student teacher and school registries and learning teaching assessment and survey insights ensuring dashboards reflect accurate real-time metrics for state district and block-level officials.
• Support data validation and verification workflows across the school-to-state hierarchy helping ensure data is accurate complete and free of duplication.
• Support the upkeep of school teacher and student data registries helping ensure records are complete current and reconciled with UDISE and other departmental systems.
• Support the flow of data verification and approvals as it moves from school to block district and state level helping resolve discrepancies along the way.
• Support helpdesk and query-resolution mechanisms by working with the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) team to track document and resolve teacher and administrative queries relating to registration attendance and portal data issues.
• Liaise with district-level PIU teams and BRP/CRP officials to streamline data flow and support the execution of state education monitoring initiatives across Uttarakhands districts.
• Support training sessions for teachers Head Teachers/Principals and administrative staff on data entry protocols and the correct interpretation of dashboards and reports.
• Support PIU-level Key Result Area (KRA) tracking across Student Attendance Teacher Attendance Assessment Monitoring Portal Data Updating Survey Monitoring and SPO Support.
• Assist in data verification for state assessments and various field surveys ensuring accurate reflection of data on dashboards.
• Compile and share periodic MIS reports and data summaries with the SPO and relevant departmental stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to structure and operationalize products.
• Compile validate and manage MIS data
• Prepare periodic operational reports
• Ensure data quality and documentation
• Coordinate between field users and technical teams

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a relevant field; preferably Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in MIS coordination database management or data analytics preferably within the education sector or government-led programs.
• Working knowledge of SQL MS Excel and data visualization/dashboard tools.
• Familiarity with government data systems such as UDISE and State Education Portals is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate data trends to non-technical stakeholders including government officials.
• Fluency in Hindi and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
