Responsibilities:

 Deliver instructor-led training (online/offline) on:

 Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching)

 System administration (Windows/Linux)

 Cloud concepts (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, AWS, Azure basics)

 Helpdesk tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ticketing systems)

 IT support & troubleshooting techniques

 Design and update training content, labs, and assessments

 Guide students through hands-on labs, simulations, and project work

 Assess learning outcomes through assignments and mock interviews

 Provide mentorship and one-on-one support to bridge learning gaps

 Coordinate with program coordinators to monitor progress and feedback

Desired profile:

 Strong understanding of:

 OSI and TCP/IP models

 Networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)

 IP addressing, VLANs, Subnetting

 Cloud fundamentals (AWS / Azure preferred)

 Virtualization and remote desktop tools

 Working knowledge of: - Linux/Windows system admin basics - ITIL processes & ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) - Basic scripting (Bash/PowerShell) is a plus

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Networking (preferred) Relevant certifications like: - CCNA / Network+ - AWS Cloud Practitioner / AZ-900 - CompTIA A+ / ITIL Foundation (plus)

 Minimum 2+ years of experience in: - Industry-based network/cloud support roles, OR - Prior teaching/training experience in IT infrastructure domains

 Strong communication & classroom facilitation

 Patience, mentoring ability, and student engagement  Curriculum adaptability & learner-centered teaching
