Job Title: Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Experienced)

Overview

We are seeking experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistants to support credit repair companies, mortgage professionals, and financial service providers. This role requires hands-on experience in credit disputes, credit report analysis, and client communication. Candidates must already understand the credit repair process, as internal training focuses only on company tools, SOPs, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track credit disputes from start to finish.
• Review credit reports and identify dispute-worthy items.
• Prepare dispute letters and maintain accurate client records.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients.
• Track dispute outcomes, update case files, and prepare reports.
• Follow compliance standards and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct credit repair or credit dispute experience.
• Strong understanding of the dispute cycle and FCRA basics.
• Experience reading and analyzing credit reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured SOPs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CreditRepairCloud, DisputeFox, ClientDispute, or similar software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
• Note: This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have practical credit repair experience before joining.

Schedule

• 20–40 hours per week (EST)
• Monday to Friday

Pay range and compensation package

• Rate: $3.50 – $7.25 per hour
