Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Wi-Fi / Network Engineer to manage and support Wi-Fi infrastructure across mall/commercial sites. The role involves installation troubleshooting and ensuring seamless network connectivity for end users. ROLE & REPONSIBILITIES Install configure and maintain Wi-Fi Access Points routers and switches Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across mall premises Handle LAN/WAN configuration and support Perform site visits for installation maintenance and issue resolution Ensure maximum network uptime and performance Coordinate with vendors internal teams and mall management Perform basic network diagnostics (IP DHCP DNS issues) Maintain documentation of network setups and incidents Support during network upgrades and expansions SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electronics Telecommunications Computer Science or related field 3 5 years of experience in Wi-Fi / network support (malls hotels or commercial spaces preferred) Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP DHCP DNS routing basics) Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi Access Points routers switches and LAN cabling Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and hardware issues Familiarity with tools like ping traceroute and basic monitoring tools Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to work in field/onsite roles and rotational shifts CCNA or equivalent certification is an added advantage
