Hard Skills

• Project Management : Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to create and manage project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress (specifically with a focus on packaging and graphic artwork)
• Design Knowledge : A basic understanding of design principles and processes to effectively coordinate design projects related to packaging / label / artwork
• Resource Allocation : The ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members to allocate tasks appropriately.
• Quality Assurance : Knowledge of design quality standards and the ability to review design deliverables for adherence to these standards.
• Data Analysis : Competency in data analysis tools to generate project reports and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools to facilitate project management and communication.
