A Branch Relationship Manager (CASA Sales) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products while driving branch business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts through branch leads, referrals, and field activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
- Generate leads from walk-in customers, corporate visits, and local market mapping.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, SMEs, traders, and corporate clients.
- Promote banking products such as fixed deposits, debit cards, internet banking, mobile banking, insurance, and investment products.
- Increase account balances and improve CASA portfolio value.
- Cross-sell third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits to source new business.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to enhance engagement and retention.
- Ensure KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance while opening accounts.
- Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth account processing.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on business performance.
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
