Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across Loyyal’s loyalty and payments platform. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines and budgets, and ensures requirements are clearly defined and met. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. The Project Manager communicates regularly with internal stakeholders and external partners, prepares status reports, facilitates meetings, and supports continuous improvement of project management processes. The role also involves aligning project outcomes with business goals and contributing to the successful implementation of enterprise SaaS and blockchain-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and materials.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
• Understanding of Logistics Management to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or technology projects; blockchain or loyalty industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, distributed environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are beneficial.
