Lead/SAP MM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Role Overview :

As the Lead - SAP MM Consultant, you will serve as the primary architect for procurement and inventory management solutions within our Nigerian operations. This role involves spearheading end-to-end SAP implementations, managing complex business process reengineering initiatives, and ensuring that the SAP ecosystem aligns with the strategic objectives of our clients. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to translate intricate business challenges into seamless, high-performance SAP solutions that drive procurement efficiency and supply chain transparency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP MM and WM modules to ensure seamless integration with the broader S/4HANA or ECC landscape.

- Direct business process reengineering workshops to identify inefficiencies in the Procure-to-Pay cycle and implement optimized, automated workflows.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of solution design, from initial requirement gathering and blueprinting to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Manage complex data migration and inventory management strategies to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance across multi-site operations.

- Mentor junior functional consultants and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with senior client leadership to align SAP capabilities with long-term business goals and operational requirements in the Nigerian market.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP MM and WM, with a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay cycle and its integration with FI/CO, SD, and PP modules.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation projects, managing the entire project lifecycle with a focus on solution design and business process optimization.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the executive level.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, specifically in troubleshooting inventory management issues and streamlining procurement operations.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment in Nigeria, demonstrating high cultural adaptability and the capacity to manage diverse, cross-functional teams effectively.

- A minimum of 18 to 25 years of professional experience in SAP functional consulting, with a track record of delivering high-value projects in the energy or manufacturing industries.
