Industrial Engineer Garments

We are looking for a performance-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize production efficiency and improve operational processes in our home textile manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct time & motion studies to improve efficiency

Analyze production processes and implement productivity improvements

Optimize manpower utilization & workflow planning

Develop and monitor line balancing & capacity planning

Reduce wastage cost & cycle time

Prepare SOPs process documentation & MIS reports

Work closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement (Lean practices)

Monitor KPIs like efficiency output and quality

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts
  
• Experience in time study motion study & line balancing
  
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma tools
  
• Knowledge of production planning & process optimization
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
  
• Good communication and shop-floor coordination skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE / in Industrial Engineering / Textile / Mechanical
  
• Experience in home textiles / garment / textile manufacturing preferred
