Trainer Air Cargo Advanced Marketing

• Deliver training sessions on advanced air cargo marketing concepts cargo sales strategies customer relationship management and market analysis.
  
• Prepare training materials presentations case studies and practical learning activities.
  
• Train participants on cargo market trends pricing strategies business development and airline cargo operations.
  
• Conduct assessments assignments and performance evaluations for trainees.
  
• Stay updated with industry developments and regulatory changes in air cargo and logistics.
  
• Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the training process.
  
• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for scheduling and program delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Aviation Logistics Business or related field.
  
• Minimum 24 years of experience in air cargo logistics or aviation training.
  
• Strong knowledge of cargo operations and cargo marketing strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Training or instructional experience preferred.
  

Required Skills:

IATA Certification (mandatory) relevant aviation training certification programs. Minimum 35 years of experience in the aviation industry (airlines airports or aviation training institutes). Cabin crew experience is highly preferred with exposure to inflight operations and passenger service. Strong understanding of airport operations (check-in boarding baggage handling ground services). Knowledge of aviation safety security procedures and emergency protocols. Familiarity with airline customer service standards and passenger experience management. Prior experience in aviation training or mentoring is a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate aviation-standard phraseology and etiquette. High grooming and presentation standards aligned with airline industry expectations. Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions effectively. Proficiency in MS Office training tools and LMS platforms. Flexibility to work as per batch schedules including weekends if required.
