Ensure effective product promotion to doctors hospitals pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
Monitor territory performance and develop action plans to improve results.
Analyze sales data and market trends.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Organize and participate in CMEs product launches and promotional activities.
Submit timely sales reports and market intelligence updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
4 - 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience / 1-3 years in a managerial role at pharmaceutical company
Work experience in diabetic and cardiac segment would be preferred
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic planning and business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Market and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting would be plus.
