Require an AVP AI Engineer in Bengaluru

• Lead the end-to-end design development and deployment of large-scale AI and machine learning systems.
  
• Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap in alignment with business goals and product strategy.
  
• Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable secure and high-performance AI infrastructure.
  
• Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers data scientists and researchers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product engineering and data operations to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
  
• Conduct technical evaluations of emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  
• Ensure model performance fairness interpretability and compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Drive research and development efforts to pioneer novel AI applications and stay ahead of industry trends.
  
• Represent the AI function in executive discussions presenting technical vision and impact to senior leadership.
  
• Manage AI project lifecycles including planning execution monitoring and optimization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field; advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in AI Machine Learning or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
  
• 10 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  
• Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch) NLP computer vision and reinforcement learning.
  
• Strong experience in building and deploying AI models at scale using cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex AI projects from concept to production.
  
• In-depth knowledge of MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML model monitoring versioning and orchestration.
  
• Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines using tools like Spark Kafka or Airflow.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions in fast-paced environments.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles bias mitigation and responsible AI frameworks.
