Require a HR Talent Acquisition in Bangalore

• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
  
• Source and attract passive and active candidates through diverse channels including job boards social media networking events and talent databases.
  
• Conduct initial screenings interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit across technical skills cultural alignment and leadership potential.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring timely delivery of quality hires across roles such as fashion designers merchandisers retail associates visual stylists and marketing professionals.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs within the fashion sector.
  
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and diversity & inclusion standards.
  
• Champion employer branding initiatives by enhancing the candidate experience and promoting our workplace culture through digital platforms and industry events.
  
• Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire cost-per-hire offer acceptance rate) and implement data-driven improvements.
  
• Onboard new hires effectively ensuring smooth integration into teams and alignment with company values and processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  
• 35 years of proven experience in talent acquisition preferably within the fashion retail or lifestyle industry.
  
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management and experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Workday Greenhouse or BambooHR).
  
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search techniques and digital sourcing tools.
  
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  
• Demonstrated success in reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high-quality candidate standards.
  
• Familiarity with Indian labor regulations and employment compliance frameworks.
  
• Passion for fashion creativity and trend awarenessexperience in creative industries is highly valued.
  

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
