Senior SAP FICO Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on both SAP implementation and support projects, with strong expertise in Asset Accounting, General Accounting, and SAP Fiori applications. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that align with business objectives.

Note: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Location: Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions and system configurations.

- Configure and support SAP FI modules, including:

1. General Ledger (GL)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. Accounts Receivable (AR)

4. Bank Accounting

5. Asset Accounting (AA)

6. Tax Configuration

- Configure and support SAP CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Cost Element Accounting.

- Manage and support Asset Accounting processes, including asset master data, asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and reporting.

- Work on General Accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with organizational standards.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.

- Work with SAP Fiori applications related to Finance and ensure smooth adoption by business users.

- Coordinate with business users to gather requirements, resolve production issues, and provide functional support.

- Perform system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements.

- Analyze and resolve production support tickets within defined SLAs.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

- Support data migration, master data management, and system integration activities.

- Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration documents, process flows, and user manuals.

- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders.

- Ensure SAP solutions comply with organizational policies, audit requirements, and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.

- Proven experience working on SAP implementation and application support projects.

- Strong expertise in:

1. SAP Financial Accounting (FI)

2. SAP Controlling (CO)

3. Asset Accounting (AA)

4. General Ledger Accounting

5. Accounts Payable (AP)

6. Accounts Receivable (AR)

7. Bank Accounting

- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Finance applications.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

- Experience in configuring SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.

- Knowledge of integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

- Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Knowledge of New General Ledger (New GL).

- Experience in financial closing, reporting, and audit support.

- Familiarity with SAP workflow and authorization concepts.

- Exposure to data migration and SAP integration projects.

- SAP FICO certification is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
