Assistant Manager Sales

As we expand our footprint among investors we are looking for a seasoned and driven Assistant Manager - Retail Sales to lead our growth strategy in this high-impact segment.

Requirements

• Develop and execute sales strategies to improve retail onboarding and activation conversion to achieve business targets.
  
• Lead and manage the sales team to drive productivity accountability and consistent performance.
  
• Own and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead Connect Conversion) reducing drop-offs and improving efficiency.
  
• Drive conversion improvement through data-backed actions including script optimization and structured objection handling.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance lead quality and campaign effectiveness through actionable insights.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and visibility through strong CRM hygiene and performance tracking.
  
• Analyze customer journeys sentiment and competitor practices to identify gaps and improve onboarding experience.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field.
  
• 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles within broking fintech or financial services.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling customer acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of Demat accounts trading processes KYC norms regulatory frameworks and investment products.
  
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
  
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing and driving team performance.
  
• NISM certification preferred.

Required Skills:

Experience in financial research market research or financial content roles. Strong ability to read and interpret SEBI RHPs and financial filings. Good understanding of Indian capital markets including equities IPOs and mutual funds. Strong research discipline with preference for primary source verification. Excellent written communication skills in Hinglish and English. Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy. Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple parallel content streams. Good understanding of translating research into engaging video and digital content. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Prior experience in brokerage fintech or stock market content environments. Familiarity with financial storytelling for YouTube Instagram or investor education platforms. Experience working with market research tools and financial databases.
