Client Servicing Manager

Role & responsibilities

GurZac Biz Solutions Private Limited is hiring for one of it's fast growing Furniture Manufacturer client for the role of Senior / Client Servicing Manager.

The Senior Client Servicing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients across the USA and India. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a high degree of organisation, and the ability to seamlessly bridge client expectations with our internal design and production teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who ensures client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

• Own all client communications written, verbal, and digital ensuring timely, clear, and professional responses at all times.
• Act as the central bridge between clients, the design team, and the production team — translating client briefs into actionable internal directives.
• Manage relationships with key clients across the USA and India in close coordination with senior management.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accountability and consistency throughout every project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and propose solutions before escalation is required.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery in line with client expectations.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to both clients and management.
• Handle client escalations with professionalism and ensure swift resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with relevant furniture industry specific experience & available for early joining would be preferred.
• Candidate should be confident & having good command on English.
