About Testsigma

Testsigma is building the world's first Quality Intelligence Platform, AI-powered, agent-driven, and designed to make software testing intelligent rather than just automated. Our platform learns your application, your history, and your domain. It doesn't just generate tests, it understands risk, detects gaps, and gives teams the confidence to release with certainty.

We're backed by Accel, MassMutual Ventures, STRIVE, and BoldCap, and trusted by enterprise teams at Nestlé, KFC, DHL, Samsung, Cisco, and Bosch.

This past year, G2 named us a Leader in both Software Testing and Automation Testing, placing us among just 17 vendors, out of more than 100 AI-powered testing vendors, recognized in the AI-powered Automation Testing Grid, with Regional Leader placements across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA.

About The Role

This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with strong end-to-end People Operations experience who is passionate about enhancing both employee experience and operational excellence.

You'll own the complete employee lifecycle, from hire to retire, while helping scale People Operations through process improvements, automation, AI, and operational rigor. Working closely with leadership, you'll build efficient systems, improve employee experience, and create scalable HR processes that support a fast-growing global company.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end People Operations across the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through exits.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding activities including documentation, background verification, HRMS record creation, IT provisioning, statutory enrollments, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Own onboarding programs including induction, buddy assignments, onboarding checklists, and employee enablement.
  • Maintain HRMS accuracy, employee master data, organization structure updates, and overall system hygiene.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, biometric data, insurance enrollments, payroll inputs, and recurring HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support compensation cycles, generate employee documentation including offer letters, appraisal letters, NOCs, visa letters, employment verification, and maintain audit readiness.
  • Drive KRA and KPI goal-setting processes, support periodic performance review cycles, and partner with managers throughout the review process.
  • Conduct employee sentiment check-ins, consolidate feedback, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Run employee engagement initiatives, eNPS surveys, analyze trends, and prepare leadership reports with meaningful recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries across policies, payroll, benefits, leave management, and HR operations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Partner with managers on retention initiatives, attrition analysis, and employee experience improvements.
  • Manage the complete exit process including resignation acknowledgement, notice period tracking, clearances, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and compliance closure.
  • Prepare leadership dashboards covering headcount, attrition, engagement, payroll metrics, hiring progress, sentiment, and operational KPIs.
  • Draft employee communications, policy updates, HR announcements, and operational documentation.
  • Continuously improve HR systems including Keka workflows, onboarding automation, leave management, reminders, and AI-assisted HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and build scalable People Operations processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for operational and employee-related matters while balancing hands-on execution with continuous process improvement.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist, or HRBP roles covering the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong experience managing complex end-to-end HR processes in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Rippling, or similar systems.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, dashboard creation, and working with large datasets.
  • Good understanding of statutory HR compliance including PF, insurance enrollment, payroll inputs, notice period norms, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting employee communications, policy documents, leadership reports, and HR correspondence.
  • Highly analytical with a process-first mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recurring operational workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives and continuously improve processes.

Good to Have

  • Experience building HR automation workflows using Keka or similar HRMS platforms.
  • Experience preparing executive HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, engagement, payroll costs, and workforce planning.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted HR operations, workflow automation, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership in a high-growth startup environment.

Why Testsigma

This is an opportunity to build the operational foundation of a world-class People Operations function, working directly with leadership and influencing how HR scales as the company grows. You'll own meaningful initiatives, make decisions that matter, and see the impact of your work in real time.

Our culture is high trust and high ownership. We move quickly, embrace technology, and continuously challenge ourselves to improve. Leadership accessibility isn't a perk, it's how we operate. Your judgment, ideas, and execution will directly shape the employee experience at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.
