\n\nRole: Growth Consultant – Customer Success
\nIndustry Preference: FMCG / Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain
\nExperience: 6 months to 3 years
\nWork Type: Client-facing | Product Implementation | Customer Success
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• End-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS products
\n• Understanding customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams
\n• Handling master data, reports, troubleshooting, and UAT support
\n• Client communication and stakeholder management
\n• Driving user adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction post go-live
\n• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing solutions to customers
\n• Building strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and business growth
\n\n✅ We are looking for candidates with:
\n• Strong communication & documentation skills
\n• Good knowledge of MS Excel
\n• Understanding of FMCG business processes
\n• High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a startup environment
\n• SaaS onboarding/support experience is an added advantage
