Wedding Photographer – Luxury Weddings (Relocation to Sydney, Australia) Sydney, Australia (Relocation Supported) ⏳ Full-Time ⚡ Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are a premium wedding photography and videography studio specializing in luxury South Asian weddings, destination celebrations, and high-end multi-day events across Australia and internationally. We are looking for an exceptionally talented Wedding Photographer with a proven track record in luxury Indian weddings and a strong editorial storytelling style. This is not a traditional event photography role focused on documentation. We are seeking a creative professional who can craft meaningful visual narratives, create emotionally compelling imagery, and deliver a world-class client experience. The ideal candidate has experience working with premium wedding studios, high-net-worth clients, celebrity weddings, and large-scale destination celebrations. You should possess a strong artistic eye, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build genuine rapport with couples and families throughout their wedding journey. Key Responsibilities Wedding Photography & Storytelling Capture luxury weddings and destination events with a strong editorial and storytelling approach Create emotionally driven, cinematic imagery that reflects the unique story of each couple Lead photography coverage across multi-day South Asian wedding celebrations Capture candid moments, portraits, family formals, ceremonies, receptions, and cultural events Deliver photography that exceeds premium client expectations Client Experience Build strong relationships with couples and families throughout the planning and wedding process Understand each client's vision and translate it into a unique visual experience Guide clients confidently during portraits and key photography moments Deliver a polished, premium, and highly professional client experience from start to finish Creative Collaboration Collaborate closely with videographers, planners, stylists, and vendors Coordinate seamlessly during complex multi-day wedding productions Contribute creative ideas and elevate overall production quality Editing & Post Production Edit and retouch images to a premium editorial standard Maintain a consistent luxury photography style Deliver final galleries within established turnaround times Manage image selection, organization, backups, and digital archives Travel & Event Coverage Travel domestically and internationally for destination weddings and assignments Adapt quickly to different venues, lighting conditions, cultures, and production environments Represent the brand professionally at all times Required Qualifications 4+ years of professional wedding photography experience Proven experience photographing luxury Indian weddings and multi-day South Asian celebrations Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial, storytelling, and luxury wedding photography Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Lightroom Adobe Photoshop Professional camera systems, lenses, and lighting equipment Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong client-facing experience with premium clientele Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure during large-scale events Highly Preferred Background Candidates from leading luxury wedding photography and videography studios will be strongly preferred, including experience with studios such as: Ideal Candidate Profile You are: A storyteller first and a photographer second Passionate about luxury wedding photography Highly creative with a distinctive visual style Warm, confident, and naturally personable Comfortable directing clients while making them feel relaxed Professional and polished in client interactions Calm under pressure during fast-paced wedding environments Self-motivated, dependable, and highly accountable Excited to relocate internationally and build a long-term career Visa Sponsorship & Relocation The successful candidate will receive: ✅ Two-year Australian work visa sponsorship ✅ Relocation opportunity to Sydney, Australia Application Requirements To be considered, please submit: Updated Resume Portfolio Link (Mandatory) Instagram Profile (if applicable) Portfolio quality will be the primary evaluation criterion.
