Job Title: Sales Manager – Sleep Division Location: Bangalore/ India Employer: NexGen Medworks Medical Equipment LLC About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and clinically oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our Sleep Division business across India. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to government and private healthcare sectors. This role requires a combination of sales leadership, clinical support capability, and relationship management within the ENT segment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead & Manage the Sleep Apnea Therapy portfolios, providing clinical and technical support. *Drive product adoption through joint sales calls, key account support, and strategic customer engagement. *Build and manage strong relationships with KOLs, pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, and respiratory therapists. *Support product launches, trainings, trials, and educational initiatives across hospitals, sleep labs, and homecare settings. *Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback while ensuring full regulatory and ethical compliance. * Strong background in channel sales and distributor management, with the ability to build, manage, and grow distributor networks, drive revenue growth, ensure effective market penetration, and achieve business objectives across assigned territories. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales/ Sleep Apnea Therapy portfolios * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Driving License is mandatory * Ability to work independently and manage key accounts strategically Preferred Candidate Profile: * Clinically strong with pulmonologists, sleep physicians, ENT specialists, and respiratory therapists engagement experience and have an existing network within these Departments. * Experience in capital equipment and consumable sales * Energetic, target-driven, and commercially focused To Apply: Send your CV: hr@nextgenmedworks.com with the subject – “Sales Manager – Sleep Division”
