About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive agile delivery across cross-functional squads working on digital products, data, engineering, and emerging technologies. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Developers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to facilitate delivery, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, track delivery metrics, and continuously improve team processes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. 3 - 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar Agile delivery roles.
2. Strong experience facilitating Agile delivery across cross-functional engineering/product squads.
3. Strong experience with Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, impediment resolution, risk management, delivery metrics, and team coaching.
4. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
5. Experience managing backlog readiness and facilitating collaboration between Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
6. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery reporting skills.
7. Experience working with distributed/global teams and across time zones.
8. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
9. Experience with RAID management, sprint governance, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
10. Willingness to undergo background verification and work with meaningful overlap with UAE working hours.
Preferred Skills / Experience :
1. Experience facilitating Agile delivery for AI/ML, Generative AI, or data-driven products.
2. Experience working with squads building AI-powered features, chatbots, RAG systems, ML models, or similar AI solutions.
3. Understanding of AI/ML delivery cycles, including experimentation, model evaluation, data dependencies, training/retraining, and productionization.
4. Experience delivering production AI/ML systems or products.
5. CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
6. Experience in enterprise, government, or regulated environments.
7. Client-facing or stakeholder-facing delivery experience.
8. Strong understanding of Scrum/Kanban and Agile delivery practices.
