Sales Executive

Job Summary

Autobahn Mahindra is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives to drive vehicle sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, converting leads into sales, achieving monthly targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while following Mahindra's sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through walk-in customers, digital enquiries, referrals, and field prospecting.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles.
• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
• Arrange and conduct test drives to enhance the customer buying experience.
• Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and Delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of all sales-related processes.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM/DMS.
• Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
• Stay updated on Mahindra products, competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
• Adhere to dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and sales processes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales is preferred.
• Candidates from automobile dealerships, two-wheeler dealerships, consumer durables, retail sales, telecom, insurance, banking, or FMCG sales may also apply.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in automobile sales can be considered.
