Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes. What are we looking for? Content Creation Figma Graphic Design Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Illustration Design UI/UX Design - additional skill Ability to perform under pressure Problem-solving skills Results orientation Commitment to quality Written and verbal communication Education : The candidates must have a DEGREE or at least a DIPLOMA in graphic design from various Art schools A formal education in design yields more skilled designers who can think beyond the tools. Software & Tools: For Graphic Designers: Must have: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Firefly, Midjourney, Chat GPT Good to have: Understanding of UI/UX Relevant Job Experience: The background of Advertising agency, Design Studio and/or Boutique Advertising Agency should be used as an additional filter. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Client. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Client management. You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others. In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. Strong design aesthetic Knowledge of typography, knowing visual identity, brand guidelines. Coming up with design solutions within brand guidelines. Detailed Process oriented.
