The role

The Projects Manager is responsible for projection planning, executing, and overseeing the as per approved drawings & design, construction, commissioning, and handover of sewage treatment plants (STP) and wastewater treatment facilities in green field settings. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets, and ensuring compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. The Projects Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinates with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver successful projects.

The Position will report to. – Sr VP/VP/Director

\n

Open Positions – 4 (2 Sewage network specialist) & 2 STP Specialist

\n

Key responsibilities

\n

\n
• Review the Design Documents like GA Drawing as well as Mechanical erection of Equipment’s as per tender.
\n
• Technically accomplished professional experience in Project Planning, Techno Commercial Functions, project Management, Site Management and vender coordination, client Management with government organizations.
\n
• A keen planner with competencies across: Project Planning- Project Execution - Site/ Construction Management.
\n
• Liaison / Coordination Able to acquired land acquisition with civil officers/well coordinator, in sewage & STP Projects.
\n
• Strong relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with client Review and project plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, labour efficiency, material efficiency, engineering effectiveness along with human resource utilization
\n
• Ensuring timely monitoring through MIS and progress report.
\n
• Interacting with section In-charge on day to day basis and coordinate to solve troubles by conducting daily / weekly / monthly progress review meetings at site and office, deliberating necessary
\n
• Planning of site Activities Materials & Managing the resources.
\n
• Erection of Air Blowers, HNC Pumps, Decanters, Screens, Piping and Valves. Independently & conduct training.
\n
• Preparing BOQ of installation work.
\n
• Erection & commissioning of other equipment’s on site.
\n
• Laying interconnecting MS. DI RCC Pipe lines.
\n
• Preparing BOM of piping with reference to CAD drawings & plan laying activity with safety.
\n
• Coordination to Engineering and other department, installation and commissioning work within time limit with budget.
\n
• Construction / repair & maintenance of civil/mechanical equipment, Landscaping works,
\n
• Coordination with site safety team for all work permits, completed the project with safe man-hours.
\n
• Estimation of various civil & mechanical components, Handling the workers.
\n
• Planning of site Activities Materials & Managing the resources.
\n
• Coordination with client for billing booking.
\n
• Coordination to Vendor for material dispatch or provide the technical support.
\n
• Coordination with consultant for Document approval and site activity work.
\n
• Coordination with site team for speed up the site activity and installation and commissioning work within time limit with budget.
\n
• Coordination with site safety team for all work permits, completed the project with safe man-hours.
\n
• Estimation of various civil & mechanical components, Handling the workers.
\n

Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of STP /WTP construction laying RCC/DI/MS/SS Pipeline

Water, Waste water industry exp, Sewage network industry preferred.
