Role Description This full-time Digital Sales & Insurance Calling Agent role is a hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The agent will handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance products and digital services, qualify leads, explain offerings clearly, and guide prospective customers through the sales funnel. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting or exceeding sales and call performance targets. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to understand current campaigns, sharing customer feedback, and supporting digital sales initiatives through professional communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, active listening, and customer-focused engagement.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, such as lead qualification, objection handling, closing techniques, and experience working with sales targets or KPIs.
• Insurance-related aptitude, including basic understanding of insurance concepts, interest in learning product details, and ability to explain coverage and benefits in simple terms.
• Comfort with digital tools and workflows, including CRM systems, call management software, email platforms, and familiarity with online marketing or digital services.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage call volumes, follow-up schedules, and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or insurance sales is highly beneficial.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
