Function: Entertainment & Branded Content, Experience: 10+ Years Location: Mumbai - West + South Zone Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Regional Revenue Lead/ Associate Director/ Senior Manager to drive business growth, revenue, and execution across the West + South Zone for the Entertainment & Branded content division. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of regional business, including revenue target achievement, execution oversight, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, execution-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders while driving business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Own and deliver regional revenue targets across the West + South Zone, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goal achievement. · Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives with a strong focus on timely delivery. · Build and manage relationships with brands, sponsors, partners (publishers, broadcasters, production houses) and key ecosystem stakeholders. · Identify and drive new business opportunities and monetization avenues within Entertainment & Branded Content experience. · Ensure strong execution governance through regular reviews, performance tracking, and proactive problem-solving to address business gaps. · Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads, marketing, operations, product, legal and central teams to ensure seamless delivery and business outcomes. · Lead with strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. Key Skills & Competencies · Strong track record of revenue ownership and target achievement. · High execution rigor with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. · Understanding of the media, entertainment & branded content ecosystem. · Strong partnership, negotiation, and business development skills. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Eligibility · Prior experience working within Branded Content & Entertainment ecosystem, with a strong understanding of the media & entertainment landscape, including commercial, partnership, and content opportunities. · Established relationships and experience working with brands, partners (publishers, broadcasters, production houses) ecosystem stakeholders will be preferred. · 10+ years of experience in revenue, business development, partnerships, or commercial roles. · Prior experience in Entertainment & Branded Content is preferred. · Experience managing regional business performance and execution preferred.
