Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and passionate Field Recruiters to support hiring for last mile delivery operations. The role involves hiring delivery boys, riders, and picker/packers by visiting local areas, sourcing candidates, and ensuring quick onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders, and warehouse staff
  
• Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates
  
• Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions
  
• Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation
  
• Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups
  
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate
  
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring
  
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  
• Willingness to travel and work on-field
  
• Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (Fixed)-30000k (fixed) + Incentives
  
• Travelling Allowances provided

Work Details:

• Day Shift
  
• Week Off: Sunday fixed + 2nd & 4th Saturday
