Job Title: Omada Identity Developer

Location: PAN India

Experience

4+ years of IAM experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Omada Identity Cloud / Omada Identity Suite.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Omada Identity Developer to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives, with a strong focus on application onboarding, access provisioning, workflow customization, and connector integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Omada Identity solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and automating identity lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure onboarding of enterprise applications into the Omada Identity platform.
• Implement and support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Configure access request workflows, approvals, role-based access controls, and certification campaigns.
• Develop and maintain application connectors for provisioning and reconciliation.
• Integrate Omada with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, databases, cloud applications, and custom applications.
• Work with application owners and business stakeholders to gather onboarding requirements and define access models.
• Configure and troubleshoot Omada workflows, policies, attestation campaigns, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by implementing access reviews, segregation of duties (SoD), and reporting capabilities.
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Participate in production support, incident resolution, and platform enhancement activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Omada Identity Suite / Omada Identity Cloud.
• Strong experience in application onboarding and integration within IGA platforms.
• Experience with access provisioning, reconciliation, certification, and role management.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and governance processes.
• Experience integrating applications using:
• REST APIs
• SCIM
• LDAP
• Active Directory
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• JDBC / SQL
• Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and access governance concepts.
• Experience with troubleshooting connector and provisioning issues.
• Strong SQL and database query skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience onboarding SaaS applications such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, C#, .NET, or scripting languages.
• Experience with Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, or other IAM/IGA platforms.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or ISO 27001.
• Omada certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Relevant IAM or Omada certifications are highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Migration from legacy IAM systems to Omada.
• Large-scale application onboarding programs involving 50+ applications.
• Banking, financial services, healthcare, or regulated industry experience.
• Experience with cloud-based identity governance implementations.
