Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Multi Solution Architect for presales and consulting as part of our DXP practice.

Total Experience: 12 - 18 years

Candidate will be responsible for working directly with practice leaders, customers, and prospects to understand business problems and provide innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients, BAs & Architects to understand customer requirements and build solutions and architecture.

- Contribute to customer digital marketing and commerce strategies based on industry best practices and PoVs.

- Innovative thinker with a desire to help build out new Go-to-Market offerings and practices.

- Identifying opportunities for accelerator, innovation, and 12 to 16 years overall experience and 5+ years development experience using any WCM.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM or any leading CMS.

- Expertise in at least one product in each category (CMS, Web analytics, personalization, and commerce solutions).

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Architect in a delivery team.

- In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

- Proficient in marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex solutions as a Solution Architect.

- Ability to create architectural documentation and communicate design decisions effectively.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to present technical concepts to executives and marketing teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

- Hands-on understanding of technology blocks of the digital marketing ecosystem and ability to define scalable platform architecture.

Desirable Skills:

- Adobe certified professional/Architect.

- Any personalization engine implementation experience.

- Understanding of Launch and Adobe Analytics.

- Experience leading discovery workshops.

- Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous.

- Implementation experience of a commerce solution with AEM or any other CMS.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

- Strong skills to effectively interface with clients.

- Strong collaboration and team leading skills.

- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
