The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilitie

sOperations Managemen

• tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
• .Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs
• .Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency
• .Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks

.Inventory & Quality Contro

• lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
• .Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene
• .Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies
• .Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements

.Team Leadershi

• pLead, train, and manage store associates, pickers, and packers
• .Prepare shift rosters and manpower plans
• .Track team performance and drive productivity improvements
• .Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence

.Performance & Complianc

• eTrack KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, and productivity
• .Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• .Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of the dark store
• .Prepare operational reports and share performance insights with leadership

Requiremen

• ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation
• s.Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environmen
• t.Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processe
• s.Proficiency with WMS, inventory tools, Excel, and operational dashboard
• s.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
• s.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when require
