French Speaking Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Process

• US Customer Support Voice Process
• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards

Job Location

• Vikhroli, Mumbai
• Thane, Mumbai

Work Schedule

• 24x7 Rotational Shifts
• 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC / Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
• Excellent spoken and written French
• B1 Certification in French is mandatory
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Age up to 40 years

Salary

• Freshers: Up to ₹4 LPA
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹7 LPA
• In-hand Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
