NIDO Machineries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Service Operations (After Sales) to lead our After Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end service execution, ensuring machine uptime, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing field service team.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), AMC visits, breakdown services, installations, and retrofit projects.
• Optimize field engineer deployment and resource utilization.
• Ensure timely job completion while meeting SLA and Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments.
• Monitor machine uptime and drive continuous operational improvements.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the After Sales Operations team.
• Plan manpower allocation across multiple customer sites.
• Drive team performance, productivity, and operational excellence.

Spares & Logistics

• Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Commercial teams to ensure timely availability of spares.
• Monitor spare parts planning and site-level consumption.
• Support seamless execution of service operations.

🤝 Customer Success

• Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service delivery.
• Ensure timely completion of service reports, handover documents, and operational documentation.

Performance Management

• Monitor Machine Uptime, SLA Compliance, PM/AMC Completion, Job Closure TAT, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Drive ERP compliance and continuous process improvements.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.

✔ MBA/PGDM in Operations will be an added advantage.

✔ 6–10 years of experience in:

• After Sales Service Operations
• Field Service Management
• AMC & Preventive Maintenance
• Service Planning & Scheduling
• Site Operations

✔ Strong leadership, planning, customer management, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

Experience in organizations involved in designing, manufacturing, integrating, or servicing industrial automation and material handling solutions will be an added advantage.
