Senior Business Analyst

## **Job Overview:** Drive decision-making across business and product teams through structured problem-solving data analysis and metric ownership. Focus on generating insights not managing documentation or QA processes. ## **Key Responsibilities:** - **Problem Definition:** Convert vague business questions into clear analytical problems - **Data Analysis:** Perform deep dives (funnels cohorts segmentation) to identify drivers and opportunities - **Insight Generation:** Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for stakeholders - **Metric Ownership:** Define standardize and maintain key business metrics across teams - **Dashboarding:** Build and maintain reliable dashboards for self-serve decision-making - **Decision Support:** Partner with teams to influence decisions using data not just reporting - **Data Validation:** Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through validation checks - **Ad-hoc Analysis:** Support business and product teams with quick high-quality analyses - **Experiment Support:** Analyze A/B tests and measure impact of initiatives ## **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** - 3 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or a related field. - Proven track record of working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights. - Experience in data visualization dashboard creation and reporting (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker etc.). - **Technical Skills:** - Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets proficiency - Experience with BI tools (e.g. Metabase Tableau Power BI) - Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs - Ability to structure ambiguous problems - Clear communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders - Basic understanding of experimentation (A/B testing)

Required Skills:

Requirements: Proven experience in field operations technician management or quality assurance. Solid understanding of SOP development implementation and audit processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to evaluate performance and produce clear actionable reports. Proficiency with digital tools and audit platforms for field data collection. Excellent communication and coaching skills for cross-team collaboration. Knowledge of spare part management and cost control strategies.
