Job Summary

Global Talent Square is looking for a dynamic Overseas Career Counselor to guide candidates seeking overseas employment opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, communication, and sales skills with the ability to convert prospective candidates into successful enrollments while providing a seamless counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel candidates on international job opportunities and overseas career pathways.
  
• Assess candidate profiles and recommend suitable overseas employment and migration programs.
  
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments while achieving monthly admission targets.
  
• Explain program benefits, fee structures, documentation requirements, and migration processes.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records, follow-up activities, and CRM updates.
  
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
  
• Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, and local awareness activities.
  
• Build strong relationships with prospective candidates and provide exceptional customer service.
  

Salary: 21000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
  
• Candidates must be based in Kerala.
  
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Minimum of 6months - 1year of working experience in counselling, admissions, recruitment, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
  
• Target-driven mindset with strong lead conversion abilities.
  
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred). 1–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Field Hiring, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing. Candidates with GCC/Gulf recruitment experience will be preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Male candidates are preferred.
