Requirements

Must-Have Skills:
8 years of Oracle EBS Finance Business Analyst experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules:

• GL AP AR FA CM
  
• O2C P2P R2R
  Experience integrating third-party applications with Oracle R12
  Experience working on large ERP transformation projects
  Strong analytical communication and documentation skills
  Ability to manage complex environments and stakeholder communication
  

Good-to-Have:
Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain domain
Exposure to Global Financial Shared Services
Experience leading enterprise ERP initiatives
