About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work closely with the Founders and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, loves working with numbers, and can drive execution across multiple cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning, tracking, and execution across teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), action trackers, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Create insightful presentations, reports, dashboards, and business updates.
• Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities proactively.
• Ensure accountability and momentum across ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
• Strong academic background from reputed institutions.
• Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Background:

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student bodies, competitions, clubs, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Experience working with senior leadership, founders, or cross-functional teams is a plus.
