KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Strategy & Leadership: Designing the annual manpower plan and budget; mentoring a high-performing team of recruiters to meet diversity and quality-of-hire targets.
Business Partnership: Acting as a strategic advisor to CXOs and BU Heads on market trends compensation benchmarks and proactive talent pipelining.
Employer Branding: Owning the brand narrative across LinkedIn and industry forums to attract top-tier passive talent and diversify sourcing channels.
Process Innovation: Driving the adoption of AI-led sourcing and screening tools and implementing bar-raiser programs to ensure long-term hiring quality.
Leadership Hiring: Personally managing CXO and P&L leadership mandates while building succession pipelines for business-critical roles.
Data Governance: Establishing and reporting on key metricsincluding time-to-hire and source mixvia monthly/quarterly dashboards for the CHRO and leadership.
Requirements
Experience: 1215 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition (background in Media & Entertainment is highly preferred).
Education: Masters degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
Technical Depth: Proven experience with ATS implementation process transformation and data-led decision-making.
Leadership: Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate a team of HR professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills capable of influencing and advising at the CXO level.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
